InfrastructureTo
meet the bulk requirements of our clients, we have backed ourselves
with a state of the art infrastructure. Our office building is spread
over an area of 1100 sq.mtr, with a left out open land of 43,000
sq.mtr. Our manufacturing unit is spread over 19,000 sq.mtr built up
area. Apart from a capacious manufacturing unit, we also have a well
developed designing unit and a full fledged R&D unit. Our
manufacturing unit is well equipped with all requisite machines and
equipment. Moreover, we constantly keep adapting new innovation and
technologies in our manufacturing systems and production lines. In our

Our
designing unit is equipped with the latest version software like, Solid
Edge to generate the manufacturing drawing, modeling and assembly of
components and generation of bill of material also. Our experienced designers follow the
ASCE standards and than design the steel structures addressing the
safety factor. Also, the stationary plants like vertical concrete
batching plant are designed after analyzing their feasibility and
stability against wind. All these analysis are carried out by our
R&D unit. The R&D staff keep a thorough track of the technology
change and customers changing preferences. Based on that, they carry
investigative activities to come up with innovations that can lead to
the development of new products or improvement of existing products.
Our R&D unit also have discovered various better manufacturing
procedures which help us in carry out our production within reduced
cost and time. Hence we can offer our products at a most satisfying
competitive price. We have also commenced a state-of-art production
plant at Varsola in 2007.
